Finxora provides a digital platform to create CMA (Credit Monitoring Arrangement) reports, project reports, and other financial documents necessary for business loan applications.

Eligibility:

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use our services.

Account:

To access some features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and keep your login credentials secure.

2. Services and Pricing

Finxora offers both free and paid features. Paid plans or services are clearly displayed with applicable fees. All prices are subject to change with prior notice.

Payment Processing:

We use third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay, Stripe, or Instamojo. Finxora does not store your credit card or payment details.

3. Data Usage and Security

We collect and process user data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your uploaded data and financial information.

4. Your Responsibilities

By using Finxora, you agree that you will not:

• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Infringe any intellectual property or legal rights
• Attempt to breach platform security or misuse data
• Use Finxora for illegal or unauthorized purposes

Finxora reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if any violation of these terms is suspected.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, and branding on Finxora are owned by Enreta Services Pvt Ltd or its licensors. You may not reuse, copy, or distribute content without explicit permission.

You retain ownership of your uploaded data but grant us a license to use it for report generation and platform functionality.

6. No Guarantee or Financial Advice

Finxora provides tools for report generation based on user input. We do not guarantee approval of loans or offer any financial advice. Users are solely responsible for reviewing and validating their reports before submission to banks or authorities.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of Finxora in cases of double payments or technical failure. No refunds are provided for completed report generations. For refund inquiries, contact support@finxora.com.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Finxora is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not make any warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• The accuracy or completeness of generated reports
• Availability or uninterrupted operation of the platform
• Freedom from errors, viruses, or harmful components

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Enreta Services Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Use or inability to use Finxora
• Errors or inaccuracies in generated reports
• Any third-party links or actions

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Finxora at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or for operational/security reasons.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bhopal, India.
